Spencer is a Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia survivor. Back in July of 2022 her mom sent me a text that broke my heart.
"Thank you so much she (Spencer) is really scare that her birthday and school is coming up. She was bullied before for losing her hair at her old school so now she is really, really upset."
