Devyn is a brave girl battling Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. She takes her BooKids pal on car rides and named her Lola. On Instagram her mom said something in regards to the small percentage of funding from the National Cancer Institute allocated to pediatric cancer research that really moved me:
"Cancer parents that are already fighting the unimaginable are fighting for better for all children and are the ones creating fundraisers because we are tired of pleading for other to care."
